How do you set the level of play?

How to set level of play 
 
1.    Tap on Menu.
2.    Tap on profile / Silhouette. 
3.    Tap on bio tab. 
4.    Tap on edit icon (pencil). 
5.    Tap on level of play field.
6.    Tap on the level of play.
7.    Tap on the check mark to complete update.
