What is the session tab in the Athletic Performance?

- Session Tab: The sessions shows a series of actions taken together. Sessions are broken up by thirty minutes without any actions. The tab show the session date, time, and amount of actions. Selecting on the session allows the user to see how many actions have been taken and breaks down each individual action. If the user took videos, the video thumbnails will be displayed and those without the video will display the default home screen picture for thumbnail.
