Coinschedule has two types of lists: Live and Upcoming.

When the ICO didn't yet start (i.e. start date has not been yet reached) it will show up in the upcoming list.

Once the ICO has started, it will automatically move to the Live listing. This is a completely automated system that we have no individualised control over.

Also note, the live listing shows ICOs based on how much time is left for the ICO to close. The sooner the ICO is closing, the higher up it will show. Once again, this is an automated system so we can't change it on a case-by-case basis.
