My order is showing delivered but I have not yet received it.

First, sorry for any mixup. We rely on data from our shipping parters such as the USPS and Federal Express. Most of the time the information we receive is accurate, but every once in awhile something goes wrong. Best thing to do if this happens is to send an email to support@earpeace.com with your order number. Rest assured, we will make it right. We always do!
