In order to change your plan, the Admin of the account will need to visit the Billing & Users page. Once there, select the edit icon.

Once you click the edit icon, it will bring up an option to choose a new plan:

Please keep in mind, you will be charged the new plan price at this time. Any prospects you have remaining on your current plan will then be added to your new amount so you will still get what you paid for.
