In Zentail, to upload inventory and bin location into Zentail you should create the following template:
- SKU
- Bin Location (1, 2, 3 etc.) - Include the bin locations for which you would like to change quantity
- [Warehouse Name] Quantity
Recommended Work Flow:
- Export the Above Template
- Change quantity as necessary
- Reupload file consisting only of SKUs that had changes
Note, you should always include bin location in your inventory report uploads so that our system knows where to set inventory. If bin location is not specified, the current bin location will be removed once the inventory is uploaded. Similarly, uploading bin location without inventory will remove the inventory.
