Zentail integrates with many third party logistics providers to help facilitate your shipments.


Currently supported 3PL integrations include:

  6. Several other 3PLs via ShipStation

FBA MultiChannel Fulfillment

We can connect your FBA inventory for automated fulfillment to any channel we support. 

  1. Go to your integrations page
  2. Click the toggle button to enable "FBA MultiChannel Fulfillment"

Shipstation

Overview

Zentail allows you to sync all supported channels with ShipStation. This means Zentail can send orders into your custom ShipStation "manual stores".

For example, let's say you want Zentail to send all of your merchant fulfilled Jet.com orders into ShipStation, and you want these orders to appear in ShipStation in a Store called "Jet.com" that only displays your Jet.com orders. To do this, you simply create a manual store in ShipStation called "Jet.com", and then select that store in the dropdown menu that appears below each selected channel in the Channels section of your Zentail integrations page. Recommended Configuration

In order to be most organized in ShipStation, we recommend creating a manual store in ShipStation for each of your channels that are managed by Zentail. You can also create one manual store in ShipStation called "Zentail" which all channels are assigned to in Zentail.


We recommend allowing Zentail to send all orders into ShipStation:

  • Zentail standardizes your order numbers and simplifies business analytics.
  • Zentail simplifies your ability to manage your FBA and FBM amazon SKUs by merging them in Zentail. This creates a +MF+ version in seller central for SKUs that start as FBA but are then sold as FBM. Zentail will never send a +MF+ SKU into ShipStation or any other supported 3rd party integration.

Note: If you integrate shipstation with Zentail, please disconnect any direct integrations with your channels and shipstation.
