Can I edit the value of a SKU after it is created?

SKUs are immutable in Zentail. Once a SKU value is saved in Zentail, it cannot be changed.

A work around would be to:

  1. Create an Alias of the SKU
  2. Give the Alias the updated SKU name
  3. Archive the Original SKU
  4. Un-alias the alias SKU

You will now have a new SKU with all the same information as the original.
