How do I control which SKUs are listed to specific channels in bulk?

Last updated over 6 years ago

While we work on a formal vacation mode feature for each channel, here is how to control which SKU is listed to specific channels in bulk. This is currently the easiest and fastest way to essentially set your Jet Partner Portal to vacation mode.

  1. In the Import Data page => Create a template that contains any or all of the following attribute columns:
    • SKU (required)
    • Jet Listed (optional)
    • Walmart Listed (optional)
    • eBay Listed (optional)
    • Amazon Listed (optional)
    • Pricefalls Listed (optional)
    • Shopify Listed (optional)
    • Big Commerce Listed (Optional)
    • Magento Listed (optional)
After you create the template go to the "Run Existing Report" page.
  1. Select the custom template you just created and run an export
  2. In the Previous Exports section => Download the report and open the CSV file
    • SKUs that are currently listed to a specific channel will have a value of "1" in the corresponding cell.
    • SKUs that are not currently listed will to a specific channel will have a blank corresponding cell.
  3. If you would like to de-list any SKUs from a specific channel, simply enter a value of "0" in the corresponding cell.
  4. Select the custom template you just created and run an import
  5. If you are using this feature to essentially put your Jet Partner Portal in "vacation mode", simply run an import of the original export (step 2) when you want to re-list and only select the specific columns you want to import.
