CLR from Seller Central

The CLR is a fairly comprehensive data set for us to get your catalog up and running. When setting up your account in Zentail, it is best to download this report from Seller Central and work with your contact at Zentail to get this imported. Make sure you ask for support to unlock all of the report for all of the categories you might sell in.

This report isn't readily available in Seller Central, so to download it, please follow these instructions:
  1. Contact Amazon Seller Central support (Or, open a case, label it "Feeds" or "CLR")
  2. Ask for the feeds department.
  3. Ask them to unlock the CLRs. It is best to ask for them to unlock all of them in case you sell in more than one category. They will and default is for the reports to be available for 7 days. You can always call back and ask again. There are no limits to how many times.
  4. Go back to your reports and the CLR will now become visible.
  5. Select that and a new drop down will appear. (See Download Seller Central Report FAQ for more info)
    1. Go to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/listing/reports (Make sure you log in)
    2. Select "Category Listings Report" as the report type. 
    3. Select your category. 
    4. Click the "Request Report" button. 
    5. Once the report is ready, you may download it at your convenience. 
    6. Repeat steps 1-5 for ALL the categories you sell in
Note: If you didn't add the information to a listing, but instead started selling using a previous ASIN, you may not have all of the product's information in this report . However, if you manually edit a product and add just one piece of information that's not already there, that SKU then appears in its entirety on the CLR (not guaranteed to work).
