Troubleshooting your Description HTML in the Source editor

We have made the Source editor for your descriptions available to allow you to view exactly what we're sending to your marketplaces. There are a few key things you can look out for to make sure your description is formatted how you want it formatted.

A few things to note:
  1. Switching back and forth and making changes in both the default WYSIWYG and the Source editor can cause formatting issues.
  2. If you're having a lot of trouble you can test the code in the W3 Schools' test environment first. Then copy/paste the successful HTML into Zentail. 

Avoid unwanted spaces and extra lines

You may see   inserted in your Source code. If these are inserted in error, simply delete them from you description . One way to make sure your code doesn't add these is to have everything formatted in one continuous stream of text. Hitting the "enter" or "return" key to start typing on the next line in your Source editor can result in these unwanted spaces:
