How do I manually enter tracking information? (for FBA and FBM)

You can manually enter tracking for orders not already shipped. If you would like to change the tracking number for an order that has already shipped, please contact us via the in-app messenger or support@zentail.com.

In order to manually enter tracking information, you must first make sure the order is routed to the correct warehouse. View Guide

Then, make sure you're viewing the correct warehouse:


For FBM:

  1. Click the blue SHIP button
  2. In the "Package 1" section, un-toggle "Purchase Label"
  3. Enter the Carrier, Tracking Number, Service Level, and Cost in the form that appears
  4. Click SUBMIT
For FBA:
  1. Make sure you're looking at the correct Warehouse view -- the dropdown menu is on the top left sidebar of the Orders page.
  2. Click the 3-vertical-dot icon at the top of the left sidebar for the order you want to manually mark as Shipped.
  3. Select "Manually Ship" 
  4. Enter Carrier and Tracking Number fields.
  5. Click the blue SUBMIT button that appears.
