What does Status Mismatch mean and how do I resolve it?

Status Mismatch is a section in our Orders view which shows you when there's an order that has a status in Zentail that differs from the status on one or more channels.

For example, let's say you just generated a shipping label for an order in Zentail, the status is now "Shipped" in Zentail but Amazon still thinks the order is "Pending".  Every 15 minutes on the hour, Zentail syncs your data with your channels so the status mismatch should resolve itself shortly thereafter. 

The status mismatch section is useful to catch any issues where Zentail and the channel can't agree on the correct status.
