Warehouse routing: "There are items in this order that the system could not route to a warehouse."

If you receive the following alert in Zentail: "There are items in this order that the system could not route to a warehouse."

Why this happened: Zentail does not recognize any availability for this SKU in any of your warehouses.

To make this order ship-able: 
  1. On the left sidebar for the affected order, scroll down to the Products section and click "ROUTE TO WAREHOUSE"
  2. On the slider that appears => Select the warehouse and click the '+' button to add the # of units associated with the SKU(s) in the order.
  3. Click "SUBMIT ROUTING" button.
  4. Make sure you're in the warehouse view for the warehouse you routed the order to, the blue "SHIP" button will now be present.
  5. Ship it!

To prevent this from happening in the future:

  1. Set a default warehouse on your Account Settings Page
  2. Click on Company Settings
  3. Under Account Settings, click on the second drop down menu (Default typically says "none")
  4. Select a warehouse to default all un-routable orders
This will send all orders that don't get routed to this warehouse
