I have orders that are not being processed, why? [Pending Payment]

Orders that are not confirmed as payed for by each of your sales channels will be viewable in the Pending Payment status. Orders that are Pending Payment will not be shippable from your own warehouse and will not be relayed to your 3rd party fulfillment provider (i.e. FBA).

If your customer contacts you asking why you have not shipped an order, please check the Pending Payment section in Zentail and check on the sales channel portal to confirm the status of the order. This is a common situation of fraud, especially on eBay.
