Why are there multiple RMAs for an order?

Jet does not limit the number of RMA requests per order -- even after you process your refund via Zentail. 

To resolve this:
  1. Cancel all but the FIRST RMA(s) for a given order and then process the refund again. 
  2. Be sure to resolve any open (red) alerts at the bottom of the left order sidebar. 
The first RMA is linked to a specific Jet return code and so it is important that the first RMA must remain. 
If you do delete the first RMA, please contact us via the in-app message feature or at support@zentail.com
