How do I resolve an alert to clear an order from the Needs Attention status?

When an order appears in Needs Attention, there is an alert message (in red) in the Alerts section at the bottom of the left order sidebar. Once any required action is taken to address the alert, you will need to resolve the alert in order for the order to be removed from the Needs Attention section.

Here's how to resolve an alert:
  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the left sidebar => Click "RESOLVE"
  2. (Optional) Enter notes ** your notes do not get sent to the channel or customer, this is purely for internal reference**
  3. Click "SUBMIT RESOLUTION"
Once resolved, the alert becomes green and is removed from Needs Attention.
