This error occurs when you push a SKU or Product Group to eBay without selecting a SMART Type or an eBay category. eBay does not know how to categorize this product and therefore will not create the listing. The quickest way to set your eBay category is to add a SMART Type. Otherwise, you can  add just the eBay category.
