Here's an overview of this eBay error:

  • Summary: 
    • 1) eBay may be telling you that Product Group in Zentail is missing Pivot Attributes.
    • 2) eBay may be telling you that you have fields missing in some SKUs in the group that are filled in for other SKUs
  • Solution for 1):
    1. Select Pivot Attributes in Zentail -- Size and Color are the most common.
    2. Enter a valid value in the Products section for each SKU in the group by simply clicking the value.
    3. Save your edit.
    4. Wait 15 minutes or use our "UPDATE & PUSH" feature to expedite your fix. Once this error is resolved, eBay may serve you another error that must be addressed in order to successfully list your product group.

If in Zentail, when you click through to the Edit Product Group view, and you look at the Pivot Attributes section and it looks like this, simply follow the solution above:

• Solution for 2):
  • Check the fields filled in for your eBay Attributes
    • EDIT =>  Channel Attributes => eBay Attributes
    • Verify what fields are filled in for each SKU
  • Often MPN or Brand is filled in for some or most of the SKU but not for all of the SKUs in the product group.
    • In this case, the quickest fix is to select the "Shares Common MPN" option on the Edit Product Group page

      

  • Make sure that, if a field is filled in for one of the SKUs, it is filled in for all of the SKUs.
