This normally occurs when you are trying to Update & Push SKU data for a single SKU to a listing that is a variant (product) group. This error most commonly occurs when you have pre-existing eBay listings from another vendor and you switch to Zentail, do not create a product group for your SKUs and try to update the listing.
To fix you can do either of the following:
- end the listing on eBay, clear out the Item ID in Zentail and Update & Push (via ADVANCED OPTIONS in Zentail)

create a matching product group in Zentail and then Update & Push (via ADVANCED OPTIONS in Zentail)
