How do I send automated feedback to my eBay customers?

Sending automated feedback to your customers is a great way to grow your feedback ratings, reputation and ranking on eBay search results for the products you sell.
How it works
In your Zentail Integration Settings, you can enable feedback automation. This will automatically give 5-star feedback to each customer as soon as they complete their payment. Receiving positive feedback encourages the customer to reciprocate by providing you with 5-star feedback as well.
How to implement in Zentail
- Go to your Integration Settings page
- Click the eBay section
- Check Enable Feedback Automation and enter your feedback message which will be sent to each of your customers.
