SKUs that I'm listing to Amazon are showing in Seller Central as "Suppressed", how do I fix it?

If your SKU(s) are showing in Seller Central as "Suppressed", it means there's missing or inaccurate information being provided to Amazon. To troubleshoot, please follow these instructions:

  1. On the Inventory tab, select Inventory Reports.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Listing Quality and Suppressed Listings Report.
  3. Click the Request Report button.
    When your report is ready, the message in the "Download" column will change from "Not Ready" to a "Download" button.
  4. Click the Download button to download your report.
  5. Message us the report via our chat feature or email it to support@zentail.com
