Each day at 6pm EST, Zentail downloads a Listing Quality and Suppressed Listings Report via our MWS connection to your Amazon Seller Central account. These reports provide detailed information from Amazon explaining why specific SKUs are not listing, suppressed or in need of optimization.
Here's how to access these reports:
- Go to the Import Data page
- Click the "Previous Imports" tab
- Click the download icon for the most recent report "_GET_MERCHANT_LISTINGS_DEFECT_DATA_"
