This article will describe the process for listing new SKUs without affecting your current listings on Amazon.
Make sure you do not enable Product Data Sync on your Integrations Page
1. Message Zentail support through the in-app chat feature or support@zentail.com to request that we "disable product data sync" on a per sku basis for your entire catalog.
- This means we will not send any product data to Amazon for any of your SKUs that have this feature. This prevents Zentail from overwriting information in your Amazon account.
2. Once we have disabled product data sync on a
per sku basis you can
ENABLE product data sync on the Amazon card on your
Integrations Page.
3. You can now create new SKUs in Zentail through an
import or through the User Interface and they will push to Amazon
4. If you change your mind and wish to edit or send product data for an existing SKU you will need to
enable product data sync on a
per sku basis. You can find instructions for doing that here:
