Per our Jet Fulfillment Policy orders are to be fulfilled within 24 hours.

You currently have 1 order(s) not fully shipped and over this threshold. Any order that is not fully shipped within 8 business days will be cancelled.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Here's what to do:

  1. Check your Jet Partner Portal first as sometimes these are sent out after the partner portal is updated with tracking.
  2. Check Zentail for the status of the order, you can search the Jet Reference Order ID
    • Shipped status (the order has been shipped by FBA or Merchant but Jet might not have received the tracking) => contact us.
    • Processing status (accepted by FBA, waiting on them to ship) => wait or check FBA Seller Central to see if there's anything holding up the order
    •  or in Pending status (not successfully relayed to FBA) => scrolll down to the "Comments" section on the left sidebar for this order to see if there's any error that you can resolve. If you're not able to resolve it, contact us.
