How do I find out the status of a return?

We will soon display Jet return tracking in Zentail. In the meantime, here's how to track the status of a Jet return:

Log into your Jet Partner Portal
Go to the Return Requested section in Zentail
Copy the Channel Order ID from Zentail

Paste it into the search bar in Jet's Orders > Returns section (click enter or return on your keyboard)

Copy the tracking # and search for it on FedEx's tracking site.
