What are best practices for sending data to Shopify?

In your Integrations page, you have the ability to prevent Zentail from sending product data, inventory data, and pricing data to each of your sales channels.

  1. Go to the Integrations page.
  2. Click on the Shopify option
  3. Under Feed options, adjust the enable/disable toggle options according to your preference. 
    • For example: Zentail will not be able to send product data updates and list SKUs to Shopify if you have Product Data disabled. 
  4. Click "SAVE SETTINGS"

Zentail will not send SKUs or product data to Shopify for SKUs that are not set to list to Shopify in Zentail. If you would like to list a product to Shopify:
  1. Select the SKU in your Zentail catalog
  2. Scroll down to the Shopify channel in the "Channels" section
  3. Toggle the button from "Don't List" to "List"
If you would like to update product data for a SKU that is already set to list on Shopify:
  1. Select the SKU in your Zentail catalog
  2. Scroll down to the Shopify channel in the "Channels" section 
  3. Click "ADVANCED OPTIONS"
  4. Click "UPDATE & PUSH"
