Why are shipped orders remaining in Pending status in SkuVault?

Our default integration with SkuVault assumes you are using their QC process. If you are not using SkuVault's QC process when shipping orders from your warehouse, please follow these steps to get your order status in SkuVault to "Completed" once it is shipped:

  1. Go to your Integrations page in Zentail
  2. Click the SkuVault option
  3. Click the checkbox for "Skip QC"
  4. Click "SAVE SETTINGS"
