How do I submit a case to Walmart via Seller Center?

Here are common reasons for submitting cases to Walmart via Seller Center:
- Incorrect product data: A listing you sell on has incorrect information and Walmart is not accepting the data you are sending via Zentail.
- UPC Mismatch: A listing associated with a single unit UPC is advertised as a multipack.
- Unpublished from listing for no clear reason.
To submit a case:
- Log into your Walmart Seller Center
- Click the ? icon => Click Partner Support

- Enter a Subject, select the Issue Category, enter a detailed Description of the issue and select the Case Priority.
