How Do I integrate with ShipBob?

Before you integrate ShipBob, please make sure all SKUs are standardized across channels. If you have different SKU names in ShipBob you can change them in your ShipBob account.


Step 1

  1. Create a ShipBob Account
  2. Let a Zentail Specialist know that you will be using ShipBob and that they should add that to your account
  3. In your ShipBob Account, the Access Token can be found under Account Settings => API tab
  4. Copy the Access Token and Paste it in the "Access Token" field on the Zentail Integrations page. 
  5. Click Save on the bottom right


Step 2

  1. Copy and Paste this URL: https://zentail.com/integration/shipbob_callback/IntegrationID?fc_id=ClientID
    1.  Ask your zentail onboarding specialist for the integration ID and client ID.
  2. Go to your ShipBob account. 
  3. Go to Account Settings (Click on the account holders name in the top right corner)
  4. Click the API tab
  5. Enter the link in the field titled "Tracking Upload Webhook URL"
  6. Click Save
