1. Select “LOGIN” and login to your Psychwire account using the same method you have previously (via Facebook, Gmail or with an email and password).

2. When logging in for the first time you will be asked: “Are you a Therapist or Mental Health Professional?”.

3a. If you select no,  you will be redirected to the ASK homepage. Please note, your profile will be set to “General Public” which means you will only be able to post questions to ‘For Everyone” topics and not the “For Mental Health Professional” topics. You can update your profile to “Mental Health Professional” at any time by selecting “My Profile” from the drop-down menu located in the top right-hand corner of the page.  

3b. If you select yes, you will then be asked to complete your profile with your basic information such as Title, First Name, Last Name, Professional Title, and Location. After you have completed this section you will be redirected to the ASK homepage.

4. To view your profile and/or add further basic information simply select My Profile from the drop-down menu on the top right-hand corner of the ASK homepage.

5. And select EDIT on the top right-hand side

                       

6. To continue setting up your profile and add information such as “Key Skills and Expertise” Select the gray pencil on the right-hand side of each box. Once you have completed the section select save on the box you have completed and repeat for each section.

We encourage all Mental Health Professionals to complete their profile to help build their online presence, promote their practice and attract new clients.
