How do you delete action?

- From the Progress select on Day, Week, Month, or Year to view a certain range of swings.
- Tap on the number of swings.
- Long hold on any thumbnail boxes for two seconds or until a green check mark show.
- Tap on the garbage can icon to delete.
- If deleting multiple action, tap on the thumbnails of additional metrics before tapping on the garbage can icon to delete.
