You may cancel your Registration and request a refund of the Course Fee, less any applicable credit card fees, surcharges, and, where relevant, the full retail cost of any textbook or other materials provided at no additional charge upon enrolment, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

(a) no more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed or completed, as determined by our learning management system; and

(b) the refund request is submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of Registration.

Should you cancel Your Registration after seven (7) calendar days from the day of Registration, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit of the Course Fee.

To cancel Your Registration, you must notify Us in writing by using the ‘contact us’ form on the Website.

If you’re facing difficult extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team, as we may be able to defer you to a later intake.

If Psychwire Australia PTY LTD has to delay the start date of a course, all registrants will be notified by email, and you’ll be given an opportunity to request a refund.  If a course is cancelled, participants will be notified by email and full refunds will be given.
