Due to the structure and build of the course, we’re unable to grant extensions.  If you’re facing serious difficulties outside your control, contact our customer service team. Our team can discuss with you the possibility of deferring to a future course.  

If your deferral request gets approved, you will be subjected to our deferral terms in which your enrollment will be removed from the current intake and you will receive a coupon code which shall be valid within one(1) year from the date of request. If you are unable to use the code within its validity period, your enrolment will be forfeited.

After all 6 weeks of the course content has been released, you will have an additional 2 weeks of forum access and a further 14 weeks of access to all materials (22 weeks in total). For ACT for Grief and Loss, after all the 4 weeks of the course content has been released, you will have an additional 2 weeks of forum access and a further 16 weeks of access to all materials (22 weeks in total).  This may give you the time to catch up.
