How does the program work?

The Happiness Trap program is an educational program, giving you the tools and techniques to build a rich and rewarding life, and to handle the difficult thoughts and feelings that go with it. It is based on a scientifically-proven model of therapy called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which has successfully helped millions of people around the world to significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, while building richer, more fulfilling lives.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will gain immediate access to your course and can get started right away it can be accessed any time that’s convenient for you. We suggest that you carve out at least 90 minutes per week to make sure you have plenty of time to absorb everything and review all program material before your access to the program ends. Taking the time to work through and thoroughly digest each week before moving on to the next one will give you the best chance to develop the skills you need to build a rich, full and meaningful life. You will have access to the entire program for a total of six months.
