It’s easy to return to the program. Simply log into the site again and you will automatically land on the same component you finished up on. 

As you complete each module or component it will be indicated as complete with check/tick appearing in a circle to the left-hand side of that component in the program overview table. 

You can use the menu on the left to see the name and timings of the components but will only be able  to click on completed components from this menu.
