The three main ways you can use this program are:
a) to flesh out topics/ideas/concepts you’ve discussed in session.
b) to set quick and simple homework tasks (e.g. watching some videos, listening to some audios, reading some texts).
c) to prepare in advance for the next session – e.g. clients can do the bulk of the creative hopelessness work at home, so that they arrive at the next session primed for willingness/dropping the struggle etc.
