What Is Your Pre-Order Policy?

By purchasing a Pre-Order, customers are guaranteeing their pair; however, this is not guaranteeing a pair on release day. Pre-Orders begin shipping the Monday following the release date. 

If a Pre-Order has not shipped by the end of the day Friday of the week following the release, the customer is eligible for a refund on their Pre-order.

Example:

Release date of January 1st. Customer is eligible for refund or store credit if shoe has not shipped by the end of the day on January 7th.
