I have questions about the Team Leader role:

The Team Leader is essentially the point of contact for us and the team. They will sign off on the homework checklist for each team member, confirming that the work has been done. 

It would be expected that your team will be meeting regularly and discussing the homework assignments and working on them as a team. 

We  would not anticipate you needing much additional time for this role as everything is discussed in your regular meetings and your monthly consultations with your trainer.
