How do I send reports to accounts?

You can view your reports by clicking the "Reports" button on the dashboard. Next click into the day you want to review and send to accounts.

You should first review the day and make sure all Artiste vouchers and amounts are correct. After you have sent a day to your accounts team you will no longer be able to modify any Artiste vouchers. However, you will still be able to view the day and download any reports.

To send the day to accounts click the "Send to accounts" button which appears in the top navigation. You will be asked to confirm that you want to send to account on-screen which follows. We will notify the relevant accountant that the day's reports are ready to review.

Please note - you will only be able to send a day to accounts after it has first been opened and all Artistes accounted for and then closed.
