I can't seem to send a day to accounts

All workdays will need to go through the same process before they can be sent to accounts. This process is to:

  • Open the day
  • Sign artistes in
  • Sign artistes out 
  • Close the day
If you see a day on your dashboard where you have updated artiste rates but you don't see the options to send the day to accounts, it's possible you haven't gone through this process and the day has not been opened yet. Therefore you should go through the process listed above.

Please note that it is only possible to have one day open at a time and so if you already have a day open you will first need to close that one before you can proceed with the one in question.
