The focus is still on our customers paying without cash i.e. buying an mTicket on the First Bus App, Website or using Capping. 

Regular contactless payments will continue to be an option but there are some exceptions where Capping won’t be suitable for customers.

These include buying an alternative fare, through tickets, child products, student tickets and the group day ticket.
